Quality EngineerManufacturingColeshillPermanent£40,000 - £50,000PROFILE – Quality EngineerThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a global leader in manufacturing at their Midlands site.As a Quality Engineer you’ll be looking to ensure a balance between issue prevention, continuous improvement, and robust root cause analysis; all with long term sustainability in mind.In return you can expect to join a globally secure business with an attractive work culture and a varied but rewarding job scope.DUTIES – Quality Engineer Provide quality management-related content, tools, and systems to Leadership.Providing specific training material and training sessions.Continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related QMS.Performs audits to assess compliance with the defined system.Uses quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.Acts as a local process owner for defined quality-related processes.Undertakes activities related to designated Quality areas.Act as the voice of the customer for Quality related scenarios.Following a robust root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.Supports and maintains the quality management system.Utilises QMS to provide the local teams with procedures that enable sustainable execution.Coordinates and participates in benchmarking activities within the industry.EXPERIENCE – Quality Engineer Data Analysis & Reporting.Quality Assurance & Excellence.Supplier Relationship Management.Practical Problem solving (Facilitator)8D or 6 sigma experience.
