What will you be doing?


As a Qualification Developer, your duties and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):


  • To support and contribute to the development, review and maintenance of new and existing regulated qualifications and assessments, end-point assessments for apprenticeships and other products.
  • Recruit and complete the contracting process with contracted subject matter experts.
  • Compile qualification specifications, end point assessment documentation using the current templates.
  • Development of resources to support qualification development and manage the availability of documents online.
  • Responsible for responding to internal and external technical queries related to qualifications and products.
  • Carry out robust and effective maintenance of existing portfolio, make recommendation to Product Development Manager.


About you...


The successful candidate will need to meet the following essential criteria:


  • Level 2 in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.
  • Educated at a Level 3 or above.
  • Commitment to continuing professional development.
  • Experience of working in education or related discipline.
  • Experience of supporting in a project team.
  • Experience of planning and coordinating tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of qualifications in the UK.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical approach to work.
