Role Description

Having grown 70% in the past 12 months and with a bumper new business pipeline to boot, our agency is on the lookout for a talented PR Account Director . The role offers unrivalled flexibility and the opportunity to work with progressive brands disrupting the property, hospitality and alternative living sectors. We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident professionals who can make remote working  work for them and our amazing clients.

About You

If you’re passionate about public relations and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be your next big challenge. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in media relations, client relationship management, team management and strategic thinking. You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in a PR agency or in comms/journalism roles, with a strong ability to lead and inspire teams.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of PR professionals. Proven management experience. 
  • Strategic Campaign Development: Experience in creating and executing innovative PR strategies that deliver valuable results.
  • Client Relationship Management: You’ve got fantastic client management skills, and thrive on building strong relationships.
  • Media Relations: The ability to secure top-tier coverage and develop incredibly strong relationships with media contacts.
  • Crisis Management: Expertise in handling crisis communications and providing strategic counsel.
  • Creative and Analytical Thinking: You can think outside the box to create opportunities for our clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills. You’ll be able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sector Interest: You’ll ideally have experience in the hospitality, property, lodging, and property technology sectors, or you could easily see yourself becoming an expert keen to champion these industries.
  • Remote Team Collaboration: You don’t want to be tied to an office — but you still understand the value of teamwork and face-time. You’ll love attending our quarterly team days and, the rest of the time, you’ll excel at helping us create a strong company culture, as well as a lively and collaborative working environment.
  • Training and Strategy Oversight: Overseeing and training account teams, guiding strategy, and joining client calls as the senior strategic point of contact.
  • Service Delivery Monitoring: Ensuring monthly reports are accurate, represent good service, and are within budget.
  • Candid Guidance: Stepping in during difficult situations to provide candid advice and guidance for the team and clients.
  • Client Expectation Management: Strong ability to manage client expectations and act as the lead strategic advisor, while coaching the team in their account management skills.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £45k to £60k subject to experience
  • Flexible, remote working
