Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, both in and out of the classroom. Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs). Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to create a holistic approach to student development. Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and success. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the educational team and parents.Requirements: A degree in Psychology or a related field. A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEMH needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
