About this opportunityWe're heavily investing in our Customer Propositions team, who will design how we show up in market, offer our best to customers, and deliver valuable experiences which people use, love, and want more of. We have four customer propositions teams spanning across 1) Behaviour, Values, Rewards and Loyalty 2) Life Event 3) Ecosystem and 4) Beyond Financial Services propositions.

The Role:You're part of a squad in one of the Customer Proposition teams. As a team you'll design, deliver, and run a customer proposition. You'll deliver value to our customers through driving an incremental value release roadmap. You'll work with teams across the organisation, both platform and non-platform, to delivery collaboratively through an agile operating model.
