We are seeking an experienced Property Services Director to join our Executive Leadership team to deliver our Sustainable Homes objective.

The role requires strategic oversight of operational planning and compliance activities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsible for the delivery of our asset management strategy, you will leverage key external relationships and realise regeneration opportunities.

We are looking for an inspirational leader committed to the ethos and values of RCH, who brings relevant experience managing substantial asset management portfolios and regulatory compliance; strong strategic planning skills; a track record of leading teams through change; and expertise in risk and performance management.

RCH embraces hybrid working.

While our headquarters are in Greenock, the successful candidate will not be required to be in the office full-time.
