Bell Cornwall Recruitment are ecstatic to be recruiting for a reliable Property Administrator for an estate agency in Oldbury dealing with commercial properties (offices, industrial units and retail centres).

As an Administration Assistant, you’ll support the Estates Management team, handle tenant concerns, manage the Property Management System, and perform various administrative tasks.

Flexibility is key to assisting the office team as needed.

Key functions of the role:

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants, suppliers and any other callers to the business
  • Undertake training where needed
  • Coordinate meter readings during tenant changes
  • Support the Office Manager and handle legal documents
  • Monitor stationery and provide reception coverage
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of tenant and company data
  • Ahere to health, safety and security protocols

    • Essential Criteria:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • GCSE level of equivalent required
  • A Level/NVQ equivalent preferred
  • Prior administration or customer care experience preferred
  • Knowledge of property management beneficial
  • Reliable, adaptable and self-motivated
  • Presentable appearance and proficient in English
  • Ambitious and flexible with a positive attitude
