To support the continued growth and innovation within the business, we are now actively looking to recruit a Project Manager to oversee New Product Development projects at Fathom3 .

To deliver against this mission we have created world class design, development, testing and manufacturing facilities and require a Programme/Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our product development programmes and projects.

The role involves leading cross functional project teams and to facilitate strong communication and efficient collaboration throughout all stages of development to ensure product development projects are delivered within scope, on time and within budget

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will operate as a member of the management team within our Product Innovation community.

What we would like you to bring to our team:

Must-haves:

• Proven track record of successful delivery of product development programmes and projects

• An appreciation of product design, mechanical engineering, electronics, software design and advanced manufacturing

• Agile and Waterfall Project Management experience

• Excellent stakeholder management experience and communication skills

• Able to work with multi-faceted cross functional teams

• Fully conversant with MS Project and MS Office suite

• Integrity, challenging, collaborative, detail orientated, personable, resilient

• Exceptional organisational ability with excellent people management skills

• A growth mind-set and being prepared to challenge the norm

Nice to haves:

• Project Management Qualification (APM, PRINCE2, SCRUM)

• Strong commercial acumen

• A proven track record of fostering team spirit and creating a fun and engaging work environment

• The ability to work with outsource partners to deliver projects successfully.

• Have the ability to work with colleagues, suppliers and development partners over seas by having the ability to communicate clearly with people of different cultures and skill sets to deliver common goals.
