Ideal Recruit are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our client in the Birmingham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work for a reputable consultancy in the construction sector.

• Design Management
• Communication with other departments, stakeholders and other involved parties
• Setting Project Controls
• Change Management
• Programme Management
• Settling Development Programmes
• Brief Formulation
• Contract Administration
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Procurement Overview
• Team Review & Reporting
• Team Assimilation
• Statutory Approval Management

Essential Criteria:

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Must have experience working for a consultancy
• Ideally you will be chartered, however if you’re not, please still feel free to apply as there is support provided with this from my client
• Must have multi-sector experience in the construction industry, such as residential, commercial, industrial, education, hotel & leisure etc. You wouldn’t need to be experienced in every sector, but having some will help
• Willing to work in the office 5 days per week with travel to sites where needed (most projects quite local)
