Project Assistant in London

Copper Consultancy, part of RSK Group, is looking for a confident and organised Project Assistant to join their expanding team.

This is a full-time, permanent position working a minimum of 4 days per week from the smart, centrally located London office, with the flexibility of working 1 day a week from home.

Copper Consultancy is a UK-based specialist infrastructure communications firm.

We combine insight, intelligence and creative communications expertise to provide bespoke, data-driven strategies to support businesses.

Our services are standalone or can be blended to provide support where it’s needed, spanning expertise across public affairs, campaigning, media relations, content, creative and more.

Main Responsibilities * Accurate and timely completion of timesheets to support and inform senior team resourcing * Supervise suppliers; budget management, delivery of materials, quality control and timeliness * Handling incoming calls on behalf of Copper and our clients in a professional manner * Sorting and logging incoming project feedback (via post and email) * Organising logistics for project events including booking venues * Booking advertising space in local and national newspapers * Researching and inputting stakeholder contact details into databasePerson Specification * ​Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks * Strong English language skills both written and verbal.

Preferably qualified to A-level/BTEC, with strong GCSE Maths and English * Self-motivated and able to plan work using own initiative * Intermediate Microsoft office skills * Able to enter data accurately and at speed * Demonstrates a commitment to Copper values of friendliness, ambition, creativity, expertise, and professionalismSalary and Benefits * £26,000 per annum * £1000 well-being and development fund * Life assurance * A flexible benefits programme including the option to buy additional holidays, health cash plan and discounted gym membership
