The successful candidate will support the manufacturing process of our products. On a daily basis your role will involve the preparation of equipment, bulk manufacturing and filling. You will be involved in ensuring compliance in Safety, Quality and Training standards in order to meet the companies Customer Service, Cost and Quality Targets.Your Responsibilities will include:* To set up and operate a range of Filling and Packaging machines.* Input bar codes, laser prints & make up print blocks.* Perform in process control testing throughout production.* Perform Line Cleaning, Line Clearing and Line Clearance checks of Packaging/Filling machines and work areas.* Complete batch documentation correctly according to Procedure, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) & Safety standards.* Assess component usage prior to batch end to reduce waste.* Resolve a problem if you have good understanding of the issue.* Responsibility to produce product to the required standards.* Perform batch checking.* Hand PackingWe are looking for candidates who have a can-do attitude with the willingness to learn new skills, as well as candidates who are flexible and have excellent communication skills.
