Production Operative - Nightshift in Livingston

You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the production process, maintaining efficiency, and upholding our quality standards. This position requires a physically fit individual as the role involved lifting up to 20kg equiptment as well as working in a fast paced workplace.Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules. * Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to maintain product integrity and meet quality standards. * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.Requirements: * Ideally we are seeking someone with proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a production or assembly role. * Physically fit individuals, heavy lifting involved. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and protocols.Schedule:The factory operates on a 4 day woking week consisting of 4 x 12 hour shifts 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, at this time we require nightshift operatives.
