Production ManagerFolkestone£40k - £50k DOEMonday-FridayA rare opportunity for a Production Manager to join my client’s well-established organisation in South Kent. If you have previous experience working as a Production Manager and are looking for a new and exciting role, then this could be the role for you!As a Production Manager, you will be:Managing all aspects of production including the creation of production plans. Organising the production schedule and allocating workload. Working closely with other members of the management team. Leading the production team and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. Looking at ways to increase productivity and reducing costs. Authorising annual leave, conducting disciplinaries, return to work, and other documentation. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Any other duties required.The successful Production Manager will have / be:Previous experience working as a Production Manager. Experience in machine/component industry, or relevant engineering capacity. Able to create effective production plans whilst being cost effective. The ability to lead a large team.
