Staffline is recruiting for a Production Line Leader with our client - A Leading National Bakery. Apply today to work fixed day shifts as a Production Line Leader in Milton Keynes! The rate of pay is £14.30 per hour for the day shift and £16.80 per hour for the night shift. This is a full-time role, working a 3 on 3 off shift pattern. The hours of work are: - 6am to 6pm - 6pm to 6am Experience in a similar role is required. Your Time at WorkAs a Production Line Leader, your duties include: - Motivating a team of people to meet production targets - Ensuring the final product meets client specifications - Assigning workers production line tasks - Optimising production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality - Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner - Training and supervising new production line workers - Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment - Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations Some heavy lifting might be involved.
