Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading environmental consultancy company, with the appointment of an Energy Procurement Administrator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within the energy sector and develop your customer service skills.
You will predominantly be supporting the procurement advisor with administrative and service support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
You Will Be:
Validating gas and energy bills, identifying any issues and supporting the client with improvements.
Supporting with meter upgrades and the setup of price comparisons.
Confirming contract details with suppliers and tracking progress.
Securing supplier invoices for bill validation.
Creating tickets for incorrect invoices.
Resolving customer and supplier queries.
Analysing data and preparing reports.
You will have:
- Recent experience of working in a customer service position.
- Excellent communications skill and telephone manner.
- Confidence and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft, including word and excel.
- Educated to a degree level is desirable.
