Jaywing are looking to expand its Organic Media team, and are currently recruiting for an exciting entry level role to support across it's PR, Content and Organic Social departments. Ideally we’re looking for someone in the early stages of their career, with around a year’s experience creating content professionally, either for a brand or in an agency setting.

We're looking for someone who's driven to learn and happy to get stuck in - a passionate content creator who loves writing in a variety of formats, from on-site blog content to press releases, and even for social platforms. We don't need direct experience in all of these areas, but any previous experience across PR and copy writing would be beneficial.

Requirements

• Interest in all things content, an avid consumer across news publishers, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more, with a working knowledge of the latest trends and platform updates
• A passion for writing and content creation, ideally with experience in drafting content for SEO, including blog writing, keyword research and basic content optimisation
• A basic understanding of the fundamentals of PR, with a knack for spotting a great story and an ability to turn stats and facts into compelling outreach materials for press
• Ability to draft copy for social posts across Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok, with a keen eye for the kinds of formats and trends that work across each platform to support content marketing efforts

Nice to haves

• Full training will be offered, but a working knowledge of basic SEO best practices and content optimisation
• The best modern PR stories are data and insights driven, so knowing your way around excel would be beneficial

What your day-to-day might include

A varied and fast paced role, you'll be getting hands on with our range of clients across the automotive, tech, interior design and FMCG industries in a blended role that includes content writing and PR.

• Drafting press releases and outreach materials to support clients in building coverage for their sites and products
• Creating on-site content, including blogs and product pages, to the latest in SEO best practices, ensuring all web materials meet industry best-in-class
• Drafting and managing social content to support campaigns, including publishing content and managing and growing their communities
• Working in partnership with Jaywing's talented Creative department to bring content ideas to life, from short social videos to on-site assets
• Reporting on the success of all the great work you and the team do to clients, bringing stories to life with clear and concise reports
