The role

It is a great time to join the repairs team at M&Y as there is a continually growing and diverse pipeline of work. In line with our 5-year growth plans, we are expanding our services and working with various clients across the North West so come and join our busy and thriving repairs and maintenance team.

Our repairs team is supported by our dedicated planners, supervisors and managers so you will be joining a great, supportive team with a high focus on values such as team work and high performance.

The purpose of this role is to complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. You will also be required to communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers and to perform other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by their manager.
