Plumber wanted for an immediate start

Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

Length: 3-6 months, temporary on-going

Hours: hours a week, Mon – Fri

Essential requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds in a mechanical based course
  • Commercial plumbing experience
  • Available to start at short notice


    • Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance work including planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, specialist testing, fault finding and repair of equipment and installation work
  • Diagnose faults, carry out repairs and maintain the building engineering services, plant and equipment
  • Support others on fault-finding, repairs, maintenance and installation of complex plant, equipment and buildings
  • Advise on the need for new or replacement equipment
  • Complete required company documentation on fault finding tests and corrective repairs
  • Follow the company Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines
  • Liaise with senior managers and clinical staff in regards to any problematic situations
