Venn Group is currently working with a large Educational Institution to recruit for a Plumber to support the smooth running of daily operations across the campus
Location: Berkshire
Duration:6 months
Hours: 36 per week
Hourly rate: PAYE or via an umbrella company
• Maintenance of all plumbing and drainage systems, including ancillary equipment in university owned properties.
• Responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance regimes, in addition to responding to reactive maintenance tasks.
• Installation, maintenance, fault finding and repair of all plumbing equipment, sanitary ware, and associated pipework.
• Unblocking of toilet pans, urinals, sinks and basin wastes and associated pipe work.
