PlastererLocation: FelthamAbout the JobKey Responsibilities include:To have the ability to plan each job and ensure the required materials are available to ensure the work is completed to schedule.

Working to maintain the current achievement of 100% customer satisfaction.

To undertake general multi trade works including, plastering tiling, wet trades to include mould wash and decorating works to a high level of proficiency.

Responsible for accurate completion of work sheets that inform invoices for the client on costs payable for works completed.

Work in a safe, clean and tidy manner ensuring minimal disruption to residents during the course of the programmes of work, removing material, debris and tools from site.

This includes ensuring essential utilities/facilities are maintained.

As required, to work on other work streams within the repairs team.

This includes working to competing deadlines, moving jobs at short notice ensuring properties are left in a safe and tidy manner.

Able to work alone and in pairs and be able to use own initiative with minimum supervision. 

About youExperience of working as a plasterer or multi skilled operativePrevious experience of working in a Social Housing Repairs environment is desirable.

Good level of numeracy, literacy, written, oral and communication skills.  

Experience of working within a customer facing role, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
