We are looking for a  Full Time HR People Manager  to join our team in Spalding . As a HR People Manager , you will be responsible for the consistent and effective management of site HR activities, with a strong focus around capability development, retention and succession across the site.

  • Role details:

    Salary:  £50k - £55k per annum

    Hours:  37.5 per week

    Working pattern:  Monday to Friday

    Location:  Site – Gist Spalding, PE11 3UG

    What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for creating and delivering an employee engagement and change management program
  • Guiding and coaching our managers to make effective people decisions
  • Advising and supporting with employee relations and best practices
  • Developing and managing the HR Advisor & Administrator
  • supporting with ad-hoc projects such as TUPES, restructures, retention and succession etc
  • Who you are:

  • Significant experience in a HR Management role, ideally within a logistics, retail, FMCG or manufacturing environment
  • People management experience
  • Experience dealing with complex ER issues
  • Ideally have some experience of working within a unionised environment
  • Ability to develop HR strategies and deliver change
  • CIPD qualification is desirable
