People & Culture Director
Are you an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a passion for the hospitality & events industry?
We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Director to join the team our flagship property De Vere Beaumont Estate, a large prestigious events-focused hotel in Windsor with a team of circa 300 employees. This role involves working on site at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor full time.
As the People & Culture Director you will oversee the People & Culture Manager & Co-ordinator on site with a focus on strategic activities to drive recruitment, learning and development and employee engagement, helping foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the Hotel’s goals and objectives.
With support from our central Talent Acquisition team you will take a lead in attracting, selecting, and developing top talent, building high-performing teams that contribute to unforgettable events.
ou will collaborate with our central People & Culture team, department heads, managers, and employees to provide guidance, support, and solutions to HR-related challenges, driving initiatives that enhance HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
The successful candidate will have;
• Previous HR management experience within a large or multi-site hotel, hospitality, events, care or retail environment is desirable
• The ability to influence senior colleagues and managers through a confident and knowledgeable approach of HR best practise
• A forward thinking & bright personality, with an intuitive, highly organised and strategic approach
