Pastoral Manager in Bradford

Here at Principal Resourcing, we are seeking to appoint a passionate and committed Pastoral Manager to join the staff team at one of our inclusive Secondary Schools based in Bradford, BD3 .

The full-time role is expected to commence September 2024 and will initially be on a temporary basis to meet the needs of students across the KS3/4 curriculum.

The welcoming Secondary School caters for pupils aged 11-18 years within supportive surroundings.

Part of the Star Academies Trust, the academy specialises in high quality leadership and ambitious expectations for all students.

You will work in partnership with the staff team to promote a knowledge based curriculum that inspires pupils to build character, confidence and respect for others.

As a Pastoral Manager, you will foster a caring and supportive learning environment for all young people with emphasis on their welfare and positive wellbeing.

You must committed with excellent organisational and technical skills.
