The Parts Manager is responsible for the execution of the development strategies and the growth of the current Parts business division and overview of the sales activities. He/She is focused on understanding the needs of the market and providing the necessary support to the dealers and individual clients. He/She works in a growing digital-centric environment managing the end-to-end sales and reporting processes.

Role & Responsibility

  • Lead the regional sales processes, driving revenue growth, and enhancing end-customer experience and satisfaction (via parts availability, lead time, marketing, pricing, and packaging).
  • Explore additional growth opportunities to bolster organizational revenue.
  • Actively oversee the implementation of pricing strategies within the parts business division and offer market feedback on pricing strategy.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments (Aftermarket Operations, Aftermarket Product Support, and Aftermarket Business Development) to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to customers.
  • Strategically manage and control dealer’s parts inventory based on market demand trends and predictions, providing market forecasts to Aftermarket Operations.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices and continuously improve sales models and processes.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and adjust resource planning accordingly.
  • Assist dealers in identifying and cultivating new prospects by devising strategies and action plans to convert them into key accounts.
  • Identify dealers’ gaps and needs, and develop tailored training programs to address them.
  • Utilize key performance metrics and dashboards at the dealership level to highlight performance drivers.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets, including Protection Plus, Machine IQ sales, and Service Opportunities (end-customer loyalty and retention).
  • Utilize provided revenue and profit reports to devise action plans based on results.
  • Analyze new market trends, business opportunities, and market segments on both global and local scales.
  • Ensure the achievement of goals aligned with customer needs, supported by sales and marketing planning.
  • Manage, implement, and leverage CRM tools and Sales Lead-Management processes to provide insights and better manage dealers toward customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a university degree in a technical discipline, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have experience in sales management and business development.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of market insights and industry trends.
  • Understand the budgeting process and financial planning.
  • Familiarity with systems and tools for revenue profit reporting and forecasting.
  • Ability to identify insights and analyze data to ensure continued business growth and success.
  • Proficient in inventory management.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 360, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital communication channels and tools such as teleconferencing, web platforms, and voice communication tools like MS Teams, WebEx, and Zoom.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret business metrics, indicators, and KPIs.
