Robert Half is working with an established British design and manufacturing company who are recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant role, that is based in Chelsea.

This Part-Time Accounts Assistant role is for a bespoke company that have been around for almost 30 years and are looking for a permanent candidate to join the company and be a meaningful part of the team.

The role is 5 days a week and 5 hours per day. The hybrid working structure is 3 days a week working from their office in Chelsea and 2 days working from home.

Role

The Part-Time Accounts Assistant for this exciting company will be reporting into the Finance Manager and will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

• Financial reporting
• Invoicing
• Bank reconciliations
• Calculating accruals & prepayments
• Maintaining fixed asset register
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Expenses
• Weekly cashflow forecast
• Liaising with international team

Profile

The Part-Time Accounts Assistant for this business should have the following profile:

• Strong double entry knowledge
• Experience with month end procedures
• Experience with Quickbooks or SAP is ideal
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Excel skills

Salary & Benefits

£28,000 - £38,000 pro-rata (25 hours per week) DOE
