Responsibilities

include:
  • The role will involve providing appropriate support for our Financial Planners and liaising with the administration team daily. 
  • You will help facilitate the smooth processing of new and existing business. 
  • You will support the preparation of client review and new client meetings
  • You will supports delivery of client service under the guidance of Financial Advisers / Financial Planners


    • Skills/Qualifications

  • You will have attained CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner essential.
  • As you will be producing reports, accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail are a key skill required for this role.
  • You must be a strong communicator, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • You will often be juggling multiple priorities, so the ability to prioritise your work and meet deadlines is important.
  • We have a strong team ethos at RBC Brewin Dolphin, so we are looking for someone who is a team player, who others can rely on.
