93Location: North LondonWorking Hours per Week: 40 hoursStart Date: ASAPMy client is currently looking for a painter and decorator to work in social housing properties.
We are looking to recruit painter and decorators on their behalf to interview and start immediately.
This role is based in and around the Islington area.
The role is an excellent opportunity with plenty of overtime available as well which is all being paid at 1.
5x the regular rateDay to day work will consist of you going into occupied social housing properties and you will be doing reactive maintenance roles within these social housing properties.
Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well.
You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.
