Overview

Permanent, full-time, hybrid (3 days per week in an office) #LI-Hybrid #LI-MH1

Reporting into the Head of Display & Paid Social, you will be responsible for a number of markets implementing 3rd party advertising technology, applying tracking, planning and executing digital paid social campaigns, optimization and presenting results to internal stakeholders. Media spend will be optimized by any means necessary to ensure KPIs and targets are met. Therefore, a data-driven and analytical approach is essential, as well as lateral thinking. Working in conjunction with stakeholders in head office, as well as around the globe, will be key so campaigns resonate on a local level. In addition, you will support ad operations with the activation of campaigns across multiple advertising channels. Think hereby of Display, Paid Social & Affiliation.

Responsibilities

· Managing the Paid Social advertising marketplace, crossing upper-funnel & performance

· Managing 3rd party advertising technology on a day-to-day basis, including Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit

· Managing the relationships with platform representatives

· Work closely & support Ad Operations trafficking, ad serving and tagging across the acquisition paid & earned media campaigns

· Work closely together with Analytics, Data & Insight to secure the correct reporting of media campaigns across the acquisition team

· Run reports across paid social advertising & Google stack platform to report back to internal stakeholders

· Creating processes and best practices documents to ensure a uniform account structure exists globally, allowing for fluid management and scaling

· Awareness of media owner’s advertising policies that cover complex speculative financial products, and ensuring advertising accounts are authorized

· Managing the relationships with internal stakeholders, i.e. organic social team & marketing teams

· The accurate management of spend & budgets, adhering to the StoneX finance proces

Qualifications

· Experience in social advertising – focused within the EMEA & US region

· Expert/hands-on knowledge of Paid Social advertising market place containing Meta, Twitter & LinkedIn

· Experience in managing upper-funnel & direct-response (performance) based campaigns across multiple Paid Social Advertising platforms

· Experience or willingness to develop in skill set within 3rd party ad-servers (the Google stack) containing trafficking, ad serving and tagging across the acquisition paid

· Understanding of how display & paid social integrate with other digital and offline channels

· Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills

· Proven track record of increasing return from advertising spend across Paid Social

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

· Intermediate Google Analytics skills

· Intermedia PowerPoint skills

· An understanding of the financial markets, forex and CFD trading is preferred
