Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at Blocc Interiors in Stourbridge/Kings Norton. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations leading and developing a team of Project Managers, managing project timelines and budgets, co-ordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring the smooth execution of design projects. They will collaborate with the design team to ensure high-quality deliverables and excellent client satisfaction. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for optimising processes and implementing efficient systems to enhance productivity and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, operations, or a related field
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software/tools
• Knowledge of interior design industry and trends
