London, UK Permanent £65,000 to £85,000 per annum + Benefits The Opportunity Henriksen Studio is looking for an Operations Manager with commercial experience, based in London. This pivotal role balances operational efficiency and commercial success, overseeing daily business activities, project management, contract negotiations, client relationships, and business development. What you can expect to do here: Operational Management & Team Leadership: Streamline processes to enhance efficiency. Oversee project management. Implement cost, management, and reporting systems. Manage risk assessments. Lead and develop a high-performance team. Oversee the training matrix and promote a culture of professionalism. Commercial Strategy & Business Development: Develop and implement commercial strategies. Focus on growth and market expansion. Drive company initiatives such as customer care and corporate social responsibility. Propose new policies and processes as needed. Contract Management & Financial Oversight: Assist in managing client contracts. Oversee contract completion. Assist in managing budgets, forecasting business trends, and financial planning. What you’ll bring to Henriksen Studio Proven experience in operational and commercial management within construction, architecture, or engineering (minimum 4 years). Degree-level education or equivalent. Strong project management and risk management skills. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic negotiation skills. Solid financial acumen with reporting abilities. Comprehensive understanding of contracts. Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
