Role & Responsibilities Build, improve and manage both operational and HR processes, systems, and best practices. Recruit, onboard, and supervise new employees. Manage employee performance, development, disciplinary and grievance matters. Basic financial admin such as sending and following up on invoices, expense handling and payroll processing. Manage employee benefits including paid leave. Provide employee wellbeing support. General administrative tasks such as booking travel and accommodation when necessary. Organise company socials and initiatives. Manage our co-working membership. Supporting with regards to legal responsibilities and compliance. Implement and manage necessary operational and HR softwares.
