Operations Lead in Uckfield

Are you ready to take on a fast-paced, multifaceted role that fuels our client’s global growth? Well, our client is seeking a proactive, energetic, and self-motivated individual to join their Operations team as an Operations Lead! Please note the client would love this person to be onsite at their site everyday.

In this key role, you'll work hand-in-hand with their Head of Operations to spearhead their expansion across the UK, EU, and beyond. You'll be at the forefront of implementing game-changing initiatives, making your mark in an environment where innovation meets sustainability.

What you'll be doing:

• Implement a cutting-edge Inventory management system (IMS)
• Forge relationships with new EU manufacturers and coordinate with their EU third party suppliers.
• Help facilitate warehouse expansion alongside the fulfilment team.
• Manage supply and production to ensure cost efficiencies and meet KPIs.

Requirements:

• Supply chain & Operations experience, ideally in food supplement manufacturing.
• A knack for cross-departmental collaboration and relationship-building.
• Meticulous attention to detail and superb multitasking skills.
• Flexibility, initiative, and a passion for wellness and sustainability.
