Join our client, a leading company in the travel industry, as their Operations Assistant! If you're seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a difference, then this role is for you. Our client is committed to providing exceptional service to their customers, and they are looking for a motivated individual to join their Contract Operations team. As the Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of hotel, transfers, and ancillary components in the company's reservations system.


Salary : £23,


Location : Chester - hybrid working


Hours : Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm


Duration : Chester


Here's what you'll be responsible for:



  • Loading and maintaining contracted rates, allocations, and special offers for our client's directly contracted hotels and ground handlers.

  • Taking action on stop sales and errata's following departmental standards and procedures.

  • Supporting the Sales team with manual costings and contractual queries to provide the "Best Price, First Time" in line with departmental processes.

  • Creating and maintaining internal information accurately and timely, adhering to company processes.
