Operations Administrator in London

Job Description

As Operations Administrator, you will work closely with the central ISS UK teams, including the Shared Hub and P&C to track and coordinate vetting, referencing and asset/uniform ordering, as well as checking contracts that are issued to ensure they align with the approved entitlements.

You will need a keen eye for detail and be highly organised, supporting the OAD team on multiple administration support tasks where required, and building reports to be presented to senior stakeholders across the business.

The role will be key to supporting the compliance and accuracy within resourcing, underpinning the function with a reliable, honest and quality driven approach, which will enable the OAD team to focus on more strategic elements to drive the business forward.
