Operations Administrator

Are you an experienced Operations Administrator? Do you want to join a fast growing FinTech business?

The Ops Administrator will work within the Operations department within ClearAccept handling the administration duties required to support the multi-channel payment solutions for all Platform group company merchants.

Additional duties will include working with the wider team to improve all operational processes as part of day-to-day duties. Reporting to and working closely with the Operations Manager & Operations team in ClearAccept, you will be expected to be a self-starter and have a clear sense of what is needed to continue to develop, maintain and support the efficient running of the merchant support elements of the business.

Key Accountabilities:
Onboarding
• New to ClearAccept Merchants
• Terminal Ordering and Registration
• API Credential Creation

Portal Updates

Cancellations
• Facilitating Terminal Returns
• Updating Jira
• Closing Merchant Accounts

Additional Duties
• Issuing Ad-Hoc Reports to Merchants
• Assisting with Operations Project
• Liaising with 1st Line Support to facilitate specific merchant go-live requirements

• Tracking Stock Levels in line with daily deployments
• Jira Ticket Monitoring and Actioning
