It isessential that you have previously worked in an accountancy firm orprofessional services business previously (Architecture LegalSurveyor etc).

  • Answeringand directing phonecalls
  • Managingcorrespondence via email andpost
  • Maintainingand organising client files andrecords
  • Schedulingappointments and managingcalendars
  • Assistingwith the preparation of financialdocuments
  • Billingand creditcontrol
  • Companysecretarial
  • Handlingdata entry and updating clientinformation
  • Supportingthe team with various administrative tasks asneeded
  • Greetingclients and providing a welcomingatmosphere

Requirements
  • Previousexperience in an office environment in an accountancy orprofessional servicesbusiness
  • Strongorganisational and multitaskingskills
  • Excellentcommunication skills both written andverbal
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelOutlook)
  • Attentionto detail and a high level ofaccuracy
  • Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation
  • Aproactive and positiveattitude
