Job: Office Administrator
Hours: Part Time, 18 hours a week (Tuesday 9:00 am – 16:00 pm, Thursday & Friday 9:00 am – 12:00 Noon, Saturday 9:00 am – 12:00 Noon Working 3 Saturdays a month followed by 1 off)

Here at The Recruitment Co we are looking for a part time office administrator to join a lovely family run company in the Nantgarw area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an effective telephone service. Telesales orders from existing customers and processing invoices.
  • Inventory of stock
  • Processing orders and inputting deliveries
  • Support the office and sales team
  • Use of sage
  • Good written communication, emailing clients
  • Comfortable dealing with all customers
  • Required

  • Previous administration experience
  • Use of SAGE (desirable)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good work ethic, and strong communication skills via email and on the phone.
