Position Overview:  We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator with Receptionist Duties to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal as it serves as the front desk for our company. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Managing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and email communications both internally and externally.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings, calendar management, maintaining of conference room schedules.
  • Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assisting with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
  • Maintaining and updating company databases and contact lists.
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills honed into professional customer care expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and understanding of basic accounting principles as a plus.
