About The Job:


As an Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Coordinating and administering base camp operations, such as answering phone calls, maintaining office supplies, and managing post and printing.

  • Assisting with people administration tasks, including processing background checks, preparing contracts, and supporting the People Advisor.

  • Demonstrating leadership by staying up-to-date with industry trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and promoting the organisation's culture.

  • Handling issues promptly to prevent escalation and being a positive role model within the team.

  • Supporting sales and mobilisation efforts by assisting with various tasks, such as ordering, printing, and basic HR/payroll administration.

  • Collaborating with the Operations and Finance teams to provide ad hoc assistance and ensure best practises are followed.
