We are looking for a passionate andguest focused Night Front Desk Agent to join our incredible Receptionteam at Pan Pacific London. You showconfidence, empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests andassociates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire todeliver the best experience for our guests. If you are dedicated toproviding exceptional care while demonstrating great pride andattention to detail in your work and you put people at the heart ofevery decision you make, then we would love to hear from you.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Night Front Desk Agent in Reception,you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests.Your tasks as a Night Front Desk Agent will include but not be limited to:

·        Check in the arriving guestand check out the departing guests according to our standards.

·        Upon check in, register theguest and assign rooms. Accommodate any special requests whenever possible.

·        Use suggestive sellingtechniques to sell rooms and promote other services within the hotel.
