About the role
Day to day you will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, such as speaking with GPs, patients and ensuring that files are created swiftly and accurately when patients are referred to us for treatment. You will be part of a strong team unit of over 10 NHS Administrators all working together at our Fareham office.
Key responsibilities
- Entering patient referral information onto our IT workflow system.
- Highlighting any referrals that require immediate attention or further consideration.
- Reviewing treatment reports completed by physiotherapists.
- Sending letters, handling incoming and actioning outbound calls or emails from/to patients, physiotherapists and GP Surgeries.
- Providing GP surgeries with Appointment Lists as applicable.
- Cancelling and rearranging appointments in line with company procedures.
