Position Available within the team: Conveyancing Assistant - New Build.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of 50-60 files, focusing on new-build properties
• Communicate effectively with Clients and Stakeholders via phone, email, and occasional in-person meetings
• Chase and organise necessary documentation including IDs, mortgage offers, and searches
• Prepare completion packets with Bills and Statements for the Accounts department
• Use our case management system (Proclaim) to ensure efficient workflow and document management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
• Experience in Newbuild cases or Shared Ownership Schemes is advantageous
• Proficiency with case management systems, ideally Proclaim
• Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
