Willmott Dixon is a leading privately owned construction business that is focused on our customers and building in a responsible and socially sustainable way. The majority of our work is procured through our frameworks and we are now seeking a new leader for one of our most important frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on setting the strategy for this framework as well as being responsible for it's successful delivery.


We are seeking a self-motivated dynamic leader to join a and well-established national framework & accounts team. At Willmott Dixon we believe in a customer first approach, with collaborative procurement routes at the centre of our delivery plan. As part of that approach, we deliver a significant volume of our work via the Scape National Construction framework on which we have been a partner for nearly 20 years. We are seeking a new leader for our Scape Framework team, to drive continued success, lead the relationship, support with work winning activities whilst being responsible for framework compliance, reporting and framework fee management. The role will allow you to develop and deliver a national framework delivery strategy that brings increased successes and positions for Willmott Dixon to secure our place on the next framework term.


Reporting to our National Framework Director, you will be supported in this role to work in a hybrid way with a mixture of home-working as well as travel to meet our customers and to our regional offices on a regular basis.


Key Responsibilities, Objectives and Targets


  • Develop & deliver a successful national (England & Wales) framework delivery strategy (including market share, growth, marketing, customer satisfaction, compliance etc)
  • Position ourselves to secure our place on the next framework term
  • Manage the framework relationship at national level and ensure we maintain our position as the leading framework delivery partner
  • Have a detailed knowledge of the Framework Agreement and support our teams with compliance
  • Understand the wider framework / procurement landscape and support our teams in positioning the framework as a preferred option for our customers
  • Ensure all reporting, framework fee payments, trackers, compliance etc is delivered on time and accurately
  • Collaboratively set & agree annual framework targets with Local/national teams – and be responsible for their successful delivery
  • Lead our regional teams and inspire them to delivery over and above set targets
  • Support our regional teams with implementing and delivering our agreed strategy
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships and act on customer feedback where required
  • Lead framework team meetings and working groups
  • Share best practice across the business and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement to maximise the benefit to our customers
