As a National Account Manager, you will be at the heart of client relationships, driving growth and forging strong partnerships across the UK and Europe.

You’ll manage key accounts across pet specialty brands and online channels, focusing on service, growth, profitability, and long-term strategic partnerships.

As National Account Manager, you will receive the following:Competitive salary starting at £50K+ with performance-based bonuses.

Minimum of 2 days per week in their North West head office.

As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for:Developing and executing account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

Maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.

Leading negotiations on pricing, service, promotions, and terms of trade.

Working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.

Analysing market data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Managing the entire account management process, from forecasting to invoice reconciliation.

Serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues.

Exploring and managing new business opportunities to support channel growth.

We would love to see CVs from candidates who have:Proven success in national account management, with experience in the FMCG or pet industry.

Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Willingness to travel as needed.
