Exciting Opportunity: Multi Skilled Plasterer for Social Housing MaintenanceThis role offers the chance to service properties in the vibrant regions of Manchester and Lancashire.Immediate start, Temp to Perm Position, Rate £20 P/H CISResponsibilities:Conduct maintenance and repairs on occupied properties promptly and efficiently.Execute various tasks including plumbing, plastering, tiling, and joinery.Drive a company van provided for the role.Utilize a PDA system for efficient workflow management.Requirements:Prior experience in social housing maintenance and public-facing roles.Possession of a clean driving licence.NVQ certification or equivalent qualification in PlasteringThe ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in:Plumbing: Ability to remove and reinstall radiators and bathroom suites.Plastering: Proficiency in various plastering and rendering techniques.Tiling: Competency in tile installation.Joinery: Skills in installing skirting, architraves, internal doors, and new kitchens.If you're passionate about making a difference in social housing maintenance and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply below.Even if this role isn't the perfect fit for you, we welcome you to reach out for a quick conversation.
