About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our Empty Homes Repairs Team primarily covering homes in Crawley, Woking, Brighton and surrounding areas. This is a full time, (39 hours per week), permanent vacancy. Our Empty Homes Team also covers our empty homes in Havant & the surrounding areas, and there is an expectation that you will require to travel to this location on occasions.
What we’re looking for
We’re a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be a fully qualified and experienced Joiner, but you’ll also have skills in plumbing, plastering, decorating, tiling, flooring, skirting, and vinyl floor laying.

Your Welcome Bonus is payable in 2 parts. £ is paid in your first month’s salary and £ is paid when you pass your probation. To be eligible for the Welcome Bonus you must be an external applicant and not currently employed by The Guinness Partnership. Please note: Guinness employees who have left the company within the last 12 months are not eligible to receive recruitment incentive payments.
