Apex Resources are looking for Mechanical Site Manager in Bromley by Bow E3Working on a large residential development.Start: ASAPDuration : 8 months workDuties include:Booking in of deliveriesBooking in operatives to the access systemInductionsToolbox talksHealth and safety on siteSite co-ordination meetings with clientSite co-ordination meetings between the different tradesSite co-ordination with storage of materials and plantOrdering of materialsWeekly reports to office teamReporting and close working with contracts manager & operations managerReview of workmanship and compliance to spec and drawingsGeneral management of sub-contractors and filingDay rate is negotiable depending on experience.In the first instance please call Chris on (phone number removed)
