The company also provide an enjoyable and rewarding working environment.About the CompanyBased in Wiltshire, the company are a long established and well-respected M&E Building Services contractor predominantly involved in the Commercial sector, providing a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.Key Responsibilities, Experience, Skills and Desirable Attributes: * Oversee and manage Mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard * Manage and support the site teams * Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes * Reporting into the Directors and stakeholders * You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager * Commercial sector experience is an essential requirement * Proven and successful track record of managing Mechanical projects from inception through to completion * Ability to fully understand the client requirements, technical specifications, drawings and project requirements holistically * Commercially astute, sound awareness of the contract terms ensuring adherence, as well as the ability to highlight risks to ensure that the business is commercially protected * Excellent time management, ability to delegate and problem solve, prioritise key tasks and workload when working to strict deadlinesIf you would like to be considered for this position of Mechanical Project Manager, please apply online, or contact Rob Green at David Leslie Ltd. * Mechanical Project Manager / Mechanical Contracts Manager * MEP Projects Manager * M&E Contracts Manager
