Mechanical Project Manager - Building ServicesDo you want to be at the forefront of increasing project portfolio for a growing M&E design and build Contractor?Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager or a site professional desiring to receive guidance to progress your career with the ambition to increase a company book of works?Our client, based in the West Midlands, are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager or site engineer (similar standard) to work closely with a company director to enhance client and working scope within the Midlands.The Role -- Day to day running of built environment sector projects, overseeing all mechanical system working aspects- Ensuring building services industry standards, legislative measures and codes are adhered to- Acting as a point of contact, regular engagement with clients, sub-contractors, further project professionalsRequirements -- Background within Building Services acting a Mechanical engineer operative, Project Manager, similar- Experience of running ranging size built environment sector projects- Management of budgets, ensuring project timelines are metPackage -- To £65k per annum- 25 days holiday, excluding bank holidays- Hybrid/home working opportunity- Company Pension contributionWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
