Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor Permanent positionLocation: Uxbridge Salary £45,000-£48,000 + Benefits.BriefThis is an exciting new opportunity to join a leading construction organisation based in Uxbridge. As a M&E Supervisor you will be providing comprehensive support to the Site Maintenance Team and, as directed by the FM Manager, extending assistance to the broader team. Collaborating with the FM Manager to ensure high standards and best practices in the execution of both Reactive and Planned Preventive Maintenance services, in accordance with the contract terms.What the role entails as an M&E Supervisor:Collaborate with the FM Manager to prepare quotations for additional and remedial works, and identify opportunities for self-delivering sub-contracted maintenance activities. Ensure all statutory records are current and accessible. Maintain practical involvement in legionella control. Assist in planning small projects and additional works.Duties include:Review subcontractor RAMS as per SSoWSupervise contractors and Engineers, issuing Authority to Work as neededPrepare/Review RAMS for reactive/remedial worksPerform maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, emergency lighting checks, PPM checks, basic electrical tasks, building repairs)Repair safety hazardsInstall appliances and machinesLiaise with contractors and suppliers, manage permits and escort dutiesAttend reactive breakdownsAssist with PPM regimesTake meter readingsWho we're looking for in a M&E Supervisor:Essential Building Services C&G Qualification or EquivalentExperience in a similar role, Supervising/leading a teamIdeally:Health & Safety legislation (IOSH Managing Safely)COSHHWater Hygiene - L8Site Technical systems (HVAC)Facilities management services, including SFG/HTM SpecificationsCompany Quality proceduresCompany Environmental Management plan and local proceduresIT business support systems including SAP and Planon CAFM systemThis really is a fantastic opportunity for an M&E Supervisor If you are interested, please apply as soon as possible as this position will be filled quickly so don't miss out!Services advertised by Gold Group are those of an Agency and/or an Employment Business.We will contact you within the next 14 days if you are selected for interview.
